Return, Refund & Exchange Policy 

• We offer a full refund for products within 7 days of delivery.
• Products must be returned in a sellable condition – unused, unworn, tags attached – if any (once tags are removed the items are NO LONGER returnable) 

To make a return/exchange, please contact us at craftyglamm@gmail.com.

Refund, Exchanges & Cancellations: 

• Refunds can be received in source payment mode.
  • Once the product is delivered to our warehouse, we will refund the amount of that product within 3-4 business days. 
• Cancellations: You can cancel the order within the first 24 hours of placing the order via email at craftyglamm@gmail.com.
• Returns Shipping: Returns should be processed by the buyer at their own cost. Crafty Glam will not be responsible. 

Once the order is shipped from our end, we cannot cancel the order.  But you can process for return.
