Shipping Policy

We at Crafty Glam know how important it is to receive your purchased products in the finest condition, and on time. So we try to deliver your products to you as early as possible. 

• Depending upon the location, the product is shipped to you within 1-5 days. and delivered in 7-10 days once shipped.
• To avail of free shipping, the minimum order value should be Rs. 499.
• The whole order amount will be refunded if the order is canceled, lost, or undelivered to your preferred location.
• For Cash on Delivery orders:

• All the items added in the cart should be applicable for COD
• The pin code provided for Cash on Delivery should be in the serviceable area. If not, any online payment mode needs to be used.
• You cannot open the box without making the payment at the time of delivery.
• If the product is open, do not accept the order.
• UPI/Credit cards/ Debit card payment options might be available, depending on the courier partners.
