Crafty Glam Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By signing up to be an Affiliate in the Crafty Glam Affiliate Program (“Program”), you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”). Crafty Glam reserves the right to update and change the Terms of Service from time to time without notice. Any new features that augment or enhance the current Program, including the release of new tools and resources, shall be subject to the Terms of Service. Continued use of the Program after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.

2. Affiliate Registration

To register in the Program, you must submit a completed Program application via our website at www.craftyglam.in. We will evaluate your application and notify you of your acceptance or rejection. We may reject your application if we determine, at our sole discretion, that your site is unsuitable for the Program.

3. Affiliate Dashboard

Once accepted into the Program, you will have access to the Affiliate Dashboard. The Dashboard is your primary tool for managing your affiliate activities. Through the Dashboard, you can:

• Track your earnings and commissions in real-time.
• Access affiliate links and promotional materials.
• View detailed reports on clicks, sales, and performance metrics.
• Update your account information and payment details.

4. Affiliate Links and Promotion

Once you have been notified that your affiliate registration has been accepted into the Program, you may display affiliate links on your site or social media.  We may provide you with guidelines and graphical artwork to use in linking to our web pages. To permit accurate tracking, reporting, and commission accrual, we will provide you with special link formats to be used in all links between your site and the Crafty Glam website.

5. Commissions and Payment

Commissions will be paid on a bi-monthly basis. You will earn commissions only with respect to sales on our site occurring directly through your affiliate links. We are not responsible for any failure by you to use the affiliate links as described in these Terms of Service. Commissions will be calculated based on the net sales price (excluding shipping, taxes, and any discounts or refunds).

6. Affiliate Responsibilities

As an Affiliate, yo6u agree that you will:

• Ensure that your site or social media does not contain any contents or materials that are illegal, harmful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, harassing, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable.
• Not make any representations, warranties, or other statements concerning Crafty Glam or any of its products or services, except as expressly authorized by Crafty Glam.
• Not engage in any misleading or deceptive practices.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

7. Term and Termination

The term of this Agreement will begin upon our acceptance of your Program application and will end when terminated by either party. Either you or we may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, by giving the other party written notice of termination. Upon the termination of this Agreement for any reason, you will immediately cease use of, and remove from your site, all links to our site, and all of our trademarks, trade dress, and logos, and all other materials provided by or on behalf of us to you pursuant hereto or in connection with the Program.

8. Modification

We may modify any of the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement at any time and in our sole discretion. In such event, you will be notified by email. Modifications may include, but are not limited to, changes in the payment procedures and Program rules. If any modification is unacceptable to you, your only recourse is to terminate this Agreement. Your continued participation in the Program following our posting of a change notice or new agreement on our site will constitute binding acceptance of the change.

9. Limitation of Liability

We will not be liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages (or any loss of revenue, profits, or data) arising in connection with this Agreement or the Program, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Further, our aggregate liability arising with respect to this Agreement and the Program will not exceed the total referral fees paid or payable to you under this Agreement.

10. Disclaimers

We make no express or implied warranties or representations with respect to the Program or any products sold through the Program.  In addition, we make no representation that the operation of the Crafty Glam website will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we will not be liable for the consequences of any interruptions or errors.

11. Independent Contractor

You and we are independent contractors, and nothing in this Agreement will create any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative, or employment relationship between the parties. You will have no authority to make or accept any offers or representations on our behalf. You will not make any statement, whether on your site or otherwise, that reasonably would contradict anything in this Section.

12. Miscellaneous

This Agreement will be governed by the laws of India, without reference to rules governing choice of laws. You may not assign this Agreement, by operation of law or otherwise, without our prior written consent. Subject to that restriction, this Agreement will be binding on, inure to the benefit of, and be enforceable against the parties and their respective successors and assigns.

If any provision of this Agreement shall be deemed unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from this Agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
